Yes most services we can do remotely if we have plans and photographs. Zoom meetings are perfect for presentations and for recording our conversations so nothing gets missed.
We were already conducting consultations via zoom before Covid for Clients who either did not live locally, or were busy and preferred the convenience. We like zoom anyway because we can record the meeting and not miss any details of the communication. That said, many people still prefer face to face so it is great we are able to do that again now too. We will happily wear masks on request.

I cannot comend Bulent from Bold Pilot Architects more highly. He is the consummate professional and his years of experience were evident from our first meeting. We had a tricky commercial DA in a heritage building to get through with the notoriously difficult Inner West council that was approved in record time! Beyond this he handled a tricky job with grace, expertise and the client respect that is rare in this day and age. After a battle with council and landlords from the minute I engaged his frim I finally felt I had someone who was proficient and was completely by my side to get the job done but always with diplomacy and poise.
