Determined to help others through yoga, I started teaching in 2018. My mission as a teacher is to create a safe, non-judgemental, and light-hearted space, to allow my students to grow at their pace. My biggest goal is to empower people to develop their practice and feel confident on the mat. I believe in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, with yoga at the forefront of this. My approach in classes is based on finding a balance between modern science and the rooted traditions of yoga. By combining anatomically safe movement with the wisdom of ancient practice, I aim to make yoga accessible for all.
I love watching my clients feeling happier and relaxed after our classes. I love supporting my students on their yoga journey. My biggest mission is to make people feel confident on and off the yoga mat.
It was only by mistake that I started practising yoga at my local gym back in 2015. I stumbled on a Vinyasa and Hatha class being run by an experienced and spiritual teacher who motivated me to keep coming back. Soon after, I noticed changes in my everyday life; the healing power of the practice and how it influenced my relationships off the mat.
After some years of practice, I was determined to help others through yoga. I began teaching in 2018 and have since taught workshops, retreats, and training all over the world. I’m a strong advocate for yoga as a holistic force that unlocks both physical and mental awareness. I love empowering others to embrace their unique gifts and help my students to explore their inner strengths. For me, yoga is about respecting and acknowledging the past, whilst making it accessible for modern, stiff bodies.

neuroscience. I create safe and non judgmental space full of humour and 'aha' moments! I teach for the best studios in London, biggest corporations like : Meta, Google, Adidas etc. and have bunch of amazing private clients. I pride myself on making my classes suitable to all and tailored to my students needs.

My wife and I trained with Julia for over a year. Julia is very dedicated, knowledgeable and caring. She really helped me recovering from a lower back injury. I feel so much better now.

I found Conte fitness through this website in January 2022 and met with Julia, from the beginning she was extremely welcoming and supportive. Julia, Sasha and their team are extremely knowledgeable and really get to know their clients. I went on a complete journey with Julia where I am now very comfortable using weights and sticking to a healthy exercise regime.
