What do you love most about your job?

I love meeting new people and helping them resolve their security problems. When you have valuable knowledge, you wish to share with others, it's only natural you want to do that, and if I can help someone feel safer in their home or business then I take great satisfaction in making that a reality. The level of technical difficulty in resolving a security problem is also something I enjoy overcoming. There has not been a problem we cannot overcome. Long wireless connectivity through various antennae and satellite solutions coupled with power challenging systems are just some of the issues I have faced and resolved.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been a serial entrepreneur all my life and it was inevitable that I would run my own company one day. That day came 25 years ago with a completely different business that ultimately led to this company.

Why should our clients choose you?

There are many reasons, first and foremost is our own personal belief, that a transaction between individuals and other entities must always be honored despite the cost, secondly our standard of delivery is always high, we pride ourselves in keeping our word and if we say the system can deliver A B C then it will deliver A B C. Thirdly our reputation over the last 13 years we have been in operation has never been challenged. Do we make mistakes, yes we all do but what you do after the error is what counts, and we will go out of our way to make things right.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes we certainly provide support online and remotely three different ways via email, phone and or by logging in directly to technically support our clients. Depending on the level of support required there may be a charge but this will depend on warranty and service contract level. Mostly the service work needs to be done onsite but if the client is a little more tech savvy then a simple free phone call is sufficient.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

During covid the screening process was significant and this was required for both ourselves and our clients. To ensure the safe working practices of all individuals concerned, we required a rigorous approach to covid practices in terms of masks, testing and sanitation, this was required by client and staff alike. If symptoms of the virus was present in our staff or our clients premises or people then a zero personal contact policy was adhered too. This meant longer delays for service support but during this time the risk of illness was weighed against the needs of technical support, employees and client health was considered a priority.
