My name is Tanya Cabral and I am the heart and hands of Tanya’s Delicious Delights. I started my home baking business in 2011. I am a very artistic, creative and passionate person. As a child, I was always fascinated by art, color and creating masterpieces through my drawings. I started my journey as a professional baker as a result of a personal experience with a birthday cake I purchased for my daughter. Although the cake itself was very cute, I was extremely disappointed with the quality given the high price I paid for it. I was always complimented on my baked goods but it was my husband who encouraged me to pursue my passion further and I decided to take a few cake courses to expand on my skill and knowledge. I’m extremely happy to say that I completed those courses successfully and am able to produce even better baked products than I did before. I was also fortunate to work as a Cake Instructor at a recognized company for a year. I never thought it possible but I truly enjoyed teaching and conveying to others the skills that I learned to not only bake a great product, but to artistically create a masterpiece in decorating it. I now offer the same courses to my clients as well as the public. I provide these services in the following settings: group, semi-private or private. I also offer a variety of delicious homemade desserts for many occasions such as birthdays, weddings, company events, religious celebrations etc. The selection of goods I offer are cakes, cake pops, cupcakes and different types of pastries. All my cakes are customized to the client’s specifications, from mouthwatering flavors and fillings, to artistic decoration. I only use high quality products and all my recipes are made from scratch. There are no fillers. Tanya's Delicious Delights now offers a delicious food catering menu for any occasion, with a delicious flare of Portuguese and Italian flavors. I also customize to dietary needs such: gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan. Orders must be placed 48-72 hours prior to the event. For weddings orders must be placed as least 2-3 months before the wedding. * Last minute orders are welcome but some restrictions may apply.* *Delivery is available, delivery fee will apply*

I am a very artistic and creative person and it shows through my cakes. Everyone loves my cakes/desserts especially family and friends. They kept saying I should open my own bakery even to this day. That is why I decided to start my at home business and I love the feeling I get when clients tell me just have much they love it. Warms up my heart that I can make people happy though my baking. My dream is to one day open my own store front bakery.
I offer a more personalized service to each and every client. My custom cakes are specific to what my clients ask for and need. I listen to what they want and give them exactly that. I also guide my clients in making the best decision that is best for them and also work within their budget.
Everything is done from my home and I am constantly cleaning, disinfecting and washing my hands. When clients come pick their orders I always wear a mask and gloves. Clients do wait outside the home while get their orders. When I deliver I always wear my mask and sanitize my hands before handing the order to my clients.

Mirella was wonderful with communication and understanding what I was looking for. She even sent me a mock up of what the slab would look like prior to confirming the order for the retirement cake. The cake was a true hit! She incorporated all the hobbies and interests with cute eatable fondant and icing. The cake itself tasted fantastic. One person declined a piece but everyone was raving about it, he came and took a piece. Mirella is a true professional that puts her hear and soul into her baking and designs. You will not be disappointed!
