I did 3 coaching sessions with Catherine, regarding having difficult conversations and giving feedback as a people manager. Catherine was able to quickly identify root causes of my own negative perceptions, and provide practical tips and exercises for addressing my own personal barriers. I definitely recommend her as a coach!
