All initial conversations take place to help the customer decide whether we are the correct fit for what they are looking to achieve. We then provide a quote and a coaching/mentoring contract to confirm what the process and agreed terms are, these are then updated after every 3 to 4 sessions to make sure that both parties are happy and to maintain continuity and momentum.
