PROJECT DELIVERABLES The following deliverable/features are based on the initial scope defined, and may need further elaboration to closely match the actual set of requirements PHASE 1 – DISCOVERY (UI DESIGNS, CLICKABLE PROTOTYPE, USER STORIES, ERD DESIGN) We will go into frequent joint requirement discussion calls with the client and provide them with complete workflows, low-fidelity wireframes and then finalized UI screens designs based on client’s feedback and iteration requests. Once all the presented screen layouts are approved, we will write comprehensive ‘user stories’ defining each action of user(s) journey as well as admin items. Once user stories are approved by the client, we shall design high-level ERD structure and workflow diagrams of the application before proceeding to Development phase. PHASE 2 - DEVELOPMENT The application development will be carried out in an iterative manner. The features set of the product will be developed in different iterations. Each iteration results in a completion of a feature set. Which will be shared with the client for review and feedback and ensure that the result meets their need. All the iterations will be planned and executed until the final product is complete. QUALITY ASSURANCE Each update, be it in Design or Development phase is verified by a dedicated QA agent who ensures the client’s brief is properly followed. In case of bugs/errors found with the updates, the project is sent back to the respective design/development team to re-produce. USER ACCEPTANCE TESTING Once the mobile application is deployed to the staging environment or when app files are given for review, we will start the user acceptance testing phase. The client will conduct a full scale review of the application and report any bugs/defects. The UAT phase will be a time boxed activity of 1 week. DEPLOYMENT Once we receive a sign off on the UAT, we will proceed to deploy the applications on the production servers. We will also provide applications files and Database for the customer to download their source files along with all certificates generated.
