From the initial consultation, if the budget appears inadequate for the desired program, I will discuss the alternatives and offer suggestions. I want to enter every project with a realistic and attainable goal. My passion is architecture. Good architecture. The scope of the project does not matter, but the quality is key. I enjoy providing solutions that are not only functional, but by providing spaces, forms, and structures of beauty. I hold active architectural licenses in New York State, Vermont, California, Hawaii, Missouri, and Texas.
