Had an issue with my custom built high-end PC and TJ was able to come out the very next day to sort the issue (he could have done the same day but I was not available). Extremely professional and pleasant chap. He was very good at explaining exactly what he was doing every step of the way. I would not hesitate to use him again - could not recommend him more!
