Our aim is to bring you the best possible service - at the best possible price! We do GAS, LPG and oil, but we don't fit electric boilers or renewable technologies. We also can't help with Government grant aided schemes. The company was started by Philippa, a fully trained Gas Heating Surveyor with over 20 years experience in the industry, and the experience to find exactly the right heating solutions for you! We specialise in new and replacement boilers, radiators, hot water cylinders and we do servicing too!....our main brands are Ideal, Baxi, & Worcester Bosch. I am Philippa, and the best thing about my job is my customers - I genuinely enjoy going into their homes and helping them to get heat and hot water again when their boiler has let them down, or become more energy efficient by replacing an old boiler which is costing them too much to run.
I worked for a lot of national companies as a boiler surveyor, and after many years' experience, I just KNEW I could do a boiler or heating replacement better, cheaper, and with a more more personal touch than a big company could.
I will always do the best I can for my customers. I have high standards and treat every home as if it were my own when recommending a new boiler.
Also, I always say that you are only as good as the man with the tools in his hand, and for this reason I only work with top class fitters, who really care about doing a good job. With my partner Ian project managing every job, I know that we are doing the best we can to make sure that every aspect of our customer's journey- from initial phone contact to the completed project - is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
