If we are not able to fix a device in a timescale in which the customer would prefer, we do not string them along as at the end of the day this is not what my company has been built into.

We like to have this feature as not everyone has other options, or they do not have the accessibility to travel to us as we are based in Plymouth.

As COVID-19 is no longer an obligation regarding social distancing we do not have anything in place regarding this. However, if any customer we are going to visit or comes into the store we are happy to oblige on wearing face masks if this is something the customer would prefer. But this must be aligned prior to a visit if the customer requires this.
